URBN Mobile Apps

I spent 7 years at URBN leading the technical program and agile delivery for all Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People brand customer experiences on iOS and Android mobile applications. I ensured quality and timely delivery across all work streams in partnership with URBN Engineering and brand partners.

At first I collaborated with product, design, engineering and the brands to iteratively ship incremental enhancments and performance improvements every two weeks. Later I managed much larger enterprise initiatives that spanned multiple months and teams to deliver.

All three of the apps are dedicated to inspiring customers through a unique combination of product, creativity and cultural understanding. I implemented reward programs, wishlists, end to end cart and checkout experiences, account management tools, review features, search and navigation capabilities and so much more.
